The Team Evaluation is a comprehensive 60-minute in-person behavioral evaluation and advisory session for you and your dog at our training facility or in your home. The 60-minute Team Evaluation is an excellent tool to obtain objective, detailed input about your dog’s behavioral status and training needs, with special emphasis on resolving problematic behaviors with appropriate behavioral modification and improved handler skills. Your private Team Evaluation may be all you need to resolve some bothersome behavioral issues and get you re-started on successful training on your own. Or, you can elect to continue with your team training at the K9 Korral with additional private team training lessons following your initial Team Evaluation. Or go to group classes.
Your private Team Evaluation is an opportunity for us to meet and review your dog’s general history and behavioral challenges, your current training status, and your team training goals and objectives. Training Director Jeffery Andrew will personally work with you and your dog to design the optimal training strategies and plan to resolve any behavioral issues and get you started with successful team obedience. Your Team Evaluation may include recommendations for more effective equipment (collar, leash etc..), improved handling, and adjustments in your home environment to help resolve a specific behavioral problem.
During your Team Evaluation, we’ll evaluate your training experience and goals, your handling strategies, and other key environmental elements that are crucial to a successful training plan and a lifetime of successful behavioral management. You’ll gain a greater understanding of how to better communicate with and manage your dog to build a stronger bond and relationship with your canine family member. I personally guarantee that you will leave your Team Evaluation with new knowledge of behavioral modification strategies and the handling your new training skills to take home and successfully apply to your canine partner that day.
Whatever your training requirements and schedule availability, we can help you create a training plan that will work for you and your dog.
Single “a la carte” Lessons
60-minute private team training lessons are conducted by Training Director Jeffery Andrew or the trainer best suited for you and your dog at our training facility or in your home. If your schedule demands flexibility and you would not be able to commit to a weekly sequence of training lessons, then an “a la carte” single lesson would be the best choice for you. You might also choose an a la carte lesson if you’re just starting your training and want to try an introductory lesson, or if you only need a one-time training refresher. After completing your first a la carte lesson, you can continue your training with “pay as you go” single a la carte lessons, or combine two or three lessons on one day for an intensive private team training session, or you can enroll in one of our cost saving Discount Packages offering a prescheduled weekly three-lesson course.
Multi-Lesson Discount Package
Our multi-lesson Discount Package is the cost saving alternative to single a la carte lessons. Enroll in and pre-schedule a course of three – five consecutive weekly lessons on the same day and time each week, and you’ll receive a tuition discount from the cost of separately purchased a la carte lessons. When you schedule and commit in advance to your private training sessions on the same day and time for the duration of your lesson course, this means less schedule administration for us, and we pass the cost savings directly on to you.
60-minute private lesson “a la carte” or multiple lessons.

Hello
I’m in need of some help training wise with my dog. I work with Kathy Allen and she suggested you to me for my dog so Ifigured I would check out the website.
I have a 2year old American Bulldog Mix that has a few issues that I need to get addressed. When playinghe tends to play hard and rough, his only been able to play with his mother and siblings as other dogs tend to stress out to much as his a very energic/rough when it comes to playing. His encounted a few small dogs and has acted the same way with him. His never harmed a dog but I worry there may come a time when he could harm one and I don’t want this to happen.
His had this problem for as long as I’ve had him and that’s been since he was 5 months old, I figured it was only with little dogs because his played with other dogs his size before. While at work at the clinic I had him with me and he was with a large dog and got hold of her neck and wouldn’t let go. He did not hurt this dog, but he freaked her out, and then when we could not get him off it scared us all so say the least.
Since then I haven’t let him play with another dog. I talk him for a walk every ther day 45min to about 1 hr. I’m working on getting in a walk everyday though with work its a bit hard. I know he has a lot of energy to burn off so I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it.
I’ve looked over your website and I am interest in the Team Evaluation first to see what you and your staff think of Zorro and if he can be helped first before signing up for anything long term. I think he can be helped I’m just in the need of guidence because I don’t want him to actually hurt anyone.
Thank you for your time.

Hi Jeff
We spoke yesterday about setting up an appt for Thursday, April 8 at 6pm to meet with myself, my partner, and our boxer Lucy related to her issues with cats.
Please confirm whether this works for you.
Also, do you accept Visa or MasterCard for payment?
Looking forward to meeting you

Mark feels a private obedience training session for Honey this week would be beneficial. Please let me know what times would be available. I am not available on Thursday, May 6. Thank you.
I have a new Shih Tzu from South Florida Shih Tzu rescue. She is between 1 and 2 yrs old. She is doing very well in many ways, with potty training, walking on a leash, getting along with my 10 year old Lhasa. Our biggest problem is that she snaps and nips when she feels nervous. Do you feel in home training or group classes would be better for her? I love her and want her to be the best dog she can be!
Thanks for your help,
Lynne Severson
WE HAVE A 2 YR OLD AMERICAN BULLDOG /CLUMBER SPANIAL WHO WE ADOPTED FROM SARASOTA HUMANE SOCIETY AT 9 WEEKS OLD .HIS NAME IS PATCH. HE IS MOSTLY AMERICAN BULLDOG. HE WAS BORN THERE & TAKEN FROM HIS MOM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HE ALSO WAS NUTERED AT 8 WEEKS . HE IS A GREAT DOG & WE LOVE HIM DEARLY. HIS ONLY BIG FLAW IS THAT HE IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS OTHER DOGS{HAIR STANDS UP ON BACK,GROWLING ,LUNGES TOWARDS THEM}. ONCE HE KNOWS THEM HE IS BETTER. WE HAVE TWO OTHER DOGS AT HOME,ONE MY SON FOUND AS A STRAY WHEN HE WAS AT FSU. HE BROUGHT HIM HOME WHEN HE GRADUATED & IS LIVING WITH US. THIS DOG IS PART CHIHUAHUA & DACHSHUND & BROUGHT HOME WITH HIM SOME BAD HABITS{BARKING AT EVEYONE,AT OTHER DOGS ETC.}. WE DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS PART OF PATCH’S BHAVIOR OR NOT. HE IS IN A BASIC TRAINING CLASS & HAS IMPROVED ALOT BUT HE CAN BE VERY STUBBORN & NOT LISTEN. WE WOULD LIKE TO DO AT AN HOUR WITH YOU SO YOU CAN EVALUATE HIM & GIVE US SOME GUIDANCE. YOU CAN REACH ME ON MY CELL AT 941-313-0130. THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME,

Hi Jeff, we spoke prior to Thanksgiving regarding my dog Sasha, the fearful Havanese –4 year old female. My son did bring his new puppy (Alaskan Malamute) home for thanksgiving and it did not go well. Sasha barked, lunged, trembled and actually frothed at the mouth.
We will be arriving in Sarasota around Dec 6 and would like to begin training. You mentioned group and individual.
When would it be convenient for us to arrive.
My cell is 443-324-9414. Looking forward to working with you.
Just curious while you knew almost almost anything else regarding the good blogengine replace that’s coming up quickly? I’m trying to succeed in out to over site owners to locate out what they know end result Google hasn’t indexed a single thing new on it for awhile.

We spoke on Friday late afternoon about additional training and dealing with new shyness issues for my Cavalier, Gracie. You mentioned you would call me Saturday morning before your classes begin. I would appreciate this very much. My phone again is 973-722-2475 (cell)
I have a 15 month old Australian Labradoodle, who’s an absolute sweetheart.
She has taken & passed puppy & beginner’s obedience classes, as well as the Canine Good Citizen class & test. She loves everybody, people & dogs. She’s smart & has learned lots of agility moves, etc, but although she will come perfectly well during training sessions at the SOTC & at the Doggie training facility we use, in CT, she will not come for us, when we need her to to do. We’re concerned, because it’s ultimately a matter of her safety, as well as our sheer frustration.
Because I’ve had to administer ear medications, etc. she has become wary of me & it breaks my heart, each time I approach to put on her leash & she backs away from me.
We’ve already had a local, vet recommended “expert” come to the house to get her to change this behavior, but it didn’t “take.”
We’re at our wits’ end about this & need some help in this matter.
If you can help us, please let us know.
Our friend, Betty Reuter, of the Humane Society of Lakewood Ranch, who is now working with you and her Labradoodle puppy, recommended you highly.
I’m praying for a miracle.
Miss Ella is an exceptionally lovely being. We need to get her to come on command with consistantly, not just when it suits her.
Can you help us to solve this issue?
Thanks,
